What is the scope of Beebox door-to-door delivery service?

Our delivery service covers most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the majority of the New Territories (including Hong Kong International Airport and Discovery Bay). However, it does not include the outlying islands.

What are Beebox's opening hours?

The service hours of our delivery team are from 9 am to 9 pm from Monday to Saturday (door-to-door mini box), closed on Sunday and statutory holidays.

Our customers Customer service hours are from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday and statutory holidays.

Are my storage bins stored in a secure location?

Don't woirry, our warehouse is in Kwai Chung. The warehouse is not open to the public and has 24-hours CCTV. We ensure that the storage boxes cannot be opened by others and that fire, moisture, water and dust proof measures are in place.

Can I visit the warehouse and pick up or place my items?

For security reasons, we do not allow non-Beebox employees to enter the warehouse. Our operation team provides one-stop services for picking up and delivering, so you can easily store your items without visiting the warehouse!

What does insurance cover?

The coverage of the insurance includes loss or damage to the items from the time of receipt to transportation and storage.
Insurance does not cover damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc.

How do you keep my credit card information safe?

We keep your credit card information safe. Your payment details will be encrypted when paying, and Beebox will not store any of your credit card information.

How do I pay the fee?

You will receive a monthly bill. When you reserve a storage box, the credit card registered will authorize Beebox to charge the corresponding monthly fee immediately. (For example, if you successfully deposit the item on August 8, the bill will be calculated from August 9, and the monthly fee for the second month will be deducted on September 9). We accept credit cards from major banks.

How can I terminate my storage plan?

If you need to terminate the storage plan, please make sure you retrieve the storage boxes or objects before the next billing date.
We will charge fees for that billing cycle.

I can't log into my account, what should I do?

We're sorry that our website has caused you trouble. Please call 2153 2135 or email to info@beeboxhk.com, contact the customer service officer. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Are there any automatic sprinkler systems or other fire protection equipment in the warehouse?

All our warehouses are equipped with fire alarms, automatic sprinkler systems, fire hose reels and fire extinguishers.

Are fire safety equipment functioning properly?

Every year, the building hires a fire protection system contractor recognized by the Fire Services Department to conduct an annual fire inspection and passes the inspection. The fire safety equipment is absolutely in normal operation.

If any items are damaged, will there be insurance compensation?

We have insured every item for our customers with an insurance company. All items are covered by free additional protection during transportation, storage, and return. The insurance coverage also includes damages caused by fire.
The maximum insurance compensation amounts vary depending on the storage plan.
For the Doorstep Mini Box Plan, it is up to HK$1,000 per storage box or item, with a maximum insurance compensation amount of HK$10,000 for the entire plan.

Do you store flammable materials or toxic substances in your warehouse?

We strictly refuse to accept any prohibited items, such as dangerous goods, flammable materials, illegal items, and perishable goods. Our transportation team has the right to refuse to accept any category of prohibited items during the collection process.

What is considered as flammable materials?

Fflammable items include but are not limited to the following items:

How does Beebox work?

Very simple! You only need to register your account online and reserve free delivery of Baoyi storage boxes. Our delivery team will deliver the durable plastic storage boxes and anti-tamper seals to the designated address on the scheduled day. You can choose to pack your items into the box immediately (our driver can wait for 20 minutes), or schedule a delivery team to pick up your items on another day. Our shipping team will ensure your items are safely stored in our warehouse.
When you need to retrieve your items, just log in to your account, select the storage box you want to retrieve, and we will return your items on the day you selected.

What items can I store? What items cannot be stored?

Whether it is clothing, books, DVDs, outdoor items, or any seasonal items, as long as they do not exceed the weight limit (file box: 15kg/standard storage box: 20kg/large items: 25kg), you can leave it to us for storage!
Please note that we do not accept perishable items, fragile items (unless you ensure they are properly packed), any illegal items, explosive items, flammable materials, hazardous materials or items of high value.
Do not store any animals or plants, anything that arouses suspicion or emits noxious odors. We accept any legal, non-hazardous and non-perishable item.

Will you open my storage box?

Please be assured that we generally will not look into your storage bins. Your storage box will only be opened in rare circumstances if there is suspicion of dangerous goods, illegal items, an odor or if you are authorized to do so. We will do our best to inform you before unboxing.

Can storage boxes be recycled?

Certainly! To protect the environment, it can be reused. Each plastic box is designed to have a service life of 10 years and is 100% biodegradable. We will also ensure that the storage boxes are cleaned and disinfected before being delivered to your residence.

How much do I need to pay?

Our monthly storage fee is HK$29 per document box, HK$39 per standard storage box, and HK$65 per large item; the minimum storage period is 4 months, and a minimum monthly storage fee of HK$190 is required! Additional storage box fees will be charged for document storage at HK$15 per document box.You may return unused storage boxes (provided they are in the same condition as delivered).

Whenever you order a new storage box, we will deliver the empty box and collect the items in the box for free.
The fee for returning and collecting storage boxes (or items) per trip is HK$29 + $15 per box/item. If the storage boxes can be sorted and returned to the moving team within 20 minutes, the return trip will be There is no charge for collecting storage boxes (or objects).
If you do not intend to store any returned storage boxes again, but you can clean the storage boxes and return them all to the moving team within 20 minutes, we will waive the return shipping fee for the storage boxes (or items). Otherwise, shipping fee of HK$29+$15 per box/item will be charged.

If I have already stored a storage box but need to add a new storage box, how much will the new storage box cost?

If an existing customer needs to purchase a new storage box after using the storage box service for the first time, the storage fee for the first month of such storage box will be charged on a daily basis (monthly storage box fee ÷ 30 days × by (the number of storage days from the next day to the settlement date), the subsequent charges will remain monthly.

If the monthly fee for the first batch of storage boxes is deducted on the 1st of each month, and the delivery team collects the new storage boxes from the customer on April 10th, the monthly fees for the first month and the next month will be deducted on May 1st. The fee is charged on a daily basis from April 11 to April 30 (i.e. the 20th). The first month storage fee for each standard storage box is HK$39÷30 days Calculated, and the monthly fee for the next month for this batch of storage boxes will be deducted in the form of HK$39 per standard storage box.

How do I update my contact information?

After logging in to your account, click "My Information" in the "Options" selection menu at the top right of the page. You can update your name and phone number. Each time you change your address, we will charge a change address fee of HK$200.

How do I seal a storage box?

Please make sure nothing spills out of the storage box when packing it into the box. After tightly closing the lid of the standard storage box, add anti-tamper seals in the square holes in the middle of both ends of the storage box. You can put your own personal mark on the tamper-evident seal.

How much time do I have to organize the items I want to store?

Once you receive your storage box, you have up to two weeks to organize your items into the box. During this time, you can add photos to the storage so that you can browse the storage online at any time.

You can also pack your items into the box as soon as you receive the empty storage box, and our delivery team can wait up to 20 minutes. We recommend that you prepare the items you need to store in advance to save a lot of time when packing them into boxes!

Can I cancel or change the shipping time after it is confirmed?

If you need to change or cancel the delivery service, please log in to your account at least before 3:00 pm one working day before the scheduled delivery, click "Reservation" in the "Options" on the upper right, and then click "Cancel" to cancel the appointment. Otherwise we will charge a fee of HK$200.

If I change my mind and return all the storage boxes I reserved without using them, will there be any charges?

No problem, please let our shipping team know when your empty boxes will be collected. Please note that the empty container fee is HK$200.

Can I rent your storage bins but not store them in your warehouse?

Can. If you do not make an appointment for us to pick up the storage box within 2 weeks after receiving the empty storage box, we will automatically charge you the monthly storage fee for the storage box. The charging start date is 14 days after receiving the storage box.

How far in advance do I need to book delivery service?

Assuming that we can arrange delivery services during the time period you choose, all empty boxes and boxed items must be booked at least 3:00 pm one working day before the delivery date.

After the storage boxes are packed, how do I arrange for you to pick them up and store them?

Just log in to your account and follow the instructions to complete the process within 2 minutes.

I have moved, how do I get my belongings back?

We will be happy to deliver your items to your new address!
Before making an appointment to pick up your items, please contact our customer service officer by calling 21532135 or email info@beeboxhk.com. If you change your address, we will charge an address change fee of HK$200 each time.

Can you collect my items in installments?

The first delivery of empty boxes and the first collection of items are completely free; subsequent collections and each subsequent collection will be charged HK$29 per trip + $15 per box/item, with a minimum purchase of $100

What happens if I fail to keep my appointment within the scheduled time?

Our delivery team will wait for you for up to 20 minutes and try to contact you. If you still fail to attend your appointment, we will charge a penalty of HK$300.

Can I send items to another address?

Sure. We will charge an address change fee of HK$200 each time.

Can you move the storage boxes upstairs?

If the building has a lift, we will be happy to deliver the storage box to your designated address.

If you need to move up the stairs, sorry, we can only move storage boxes for the time being.   As for storage cabinets, due to over-sized and heavy weight , we are currently unable to provide any services.

If you need us to deliver or collect boxes by stairs, you need to pay a stair fee of HK$10 per empty box or item per floor and HK$20 per full box per floor, limited to 5 floors (from the unloading floor) , the stair fee will be settled to your credit card account through the system. Stairs include the steps required to transport goods from the unloading point to the building lobby*.
* Free for stairs with 5 steps or below, steps 6 to 15 will be counted as one floor, steps 16 to 30 will be another floor, and the next 15 steps will be counted as one floor, and so on.
